About pricing.
Can I activate and deactivate modules anytime?
Yes. Each module is activated when you need it and can be turned off later. Billing follows — you only pay for the months it was active.
Is there a minimum contract?
No. Subscriptions are monthly, no lock-in. You can cancel anytime.
How does the one-time activation fee work?
A one-time payment when you first activate a module. It covers initial configuration and migrating data you already have.
Are prices VAT-inclusive?
Listed prices exclude VAT. VAT is added per applicable tax rules.
Are there volume or annual discounts?
Yes, in both cases. We discuss with each customer to find the right model. Book a demo and we'll work through it.
