Is the Productivity module ready to use today?
Yes. It is the most mature module on the platform, in production and active use.
Does the interface work well on mobile?
Yes. The platform is fully responsive — adapts to computer, tablet and phone, with no installation. Works in any modern browser.
Can I hide sections I do not use?
Yes. Sections can be hidden by team or role — they do not clutter the UI for users who do not use them.
Are Portugal holidays pre-configured?
Yes. National holidays and regional ones (Madeira, Azores, municipalities) ship pre-loaded. You can add your own company holidays.
How does vacation approval work?
Hierarchical. Each employee has an approver defined in the Teams section. Requests appear with calculated balance, team conflicts and context. Approve or reject in two clicks.
Are attendance reports compatible with Portuguese Social Security?
Monthly reports include hours worked, absences and time off, exportable to Excel or PDF. Direct integration with the SS portal is on the roadmap.
