Can the CRM import contacts from a CSV?
Yes. CSV import is available for contacts. Every contact can carry a history of notes, emails and future actions.
How does it integrate with the other modules?
CRM contacts can become students (Tutoring), members (Gym) or clients (Construction, Finance). No manual data duplication.
Is the social-media agency for external clients?
Yes. Designed for agencies running social accounts for other clients. Editorial calendar, approvals and per-channel metrics by client.
How is MRR calculated?
The Subscriptions section aggregates every active monthly recurrence. The dashboard shows current MRR, the month’s churn and customers renewing in the next 30 days.
Can I customise pipeline stages?
Today the pipeline has 6 default stages (Lead, Contacted, Qualified, Proposal, Won, Lost). Per-tenant stage customisation is on the roadmap.
Is the price table the same as Construction quotes?
No — the Construction module has its own Compositions + Budgets system, optimised for jobs. The Price table here is for services and products sold without a composition.
