It can be all three, in this order — or just one.
CRM and ERP integrations
The ERP holds the invoicing, the CRM holds the customers, and someone copies data from one to the other by hand every week. We build the link: automatic sync, two-way where it makes sense, and a record of everything that moved — so a mistake can be explained, not just fixed.

How we connect
Through whatever door the system has.
A modern system exposes an API. An old one exposes a file at three in the morning. Both can be integrated — the work is different.
We don't promise connections we haven't verified. Tell us which system you use and the answer is a yes, a no, or what needs to be found out first — before there is a proposal.
REST and SOAP APIs
The normal route when the system on the other side exposes one. Key, OAuth or certificate authentication.
Files and imports
CSV, XML, Excel, scheduled SFTP — when there is no API, or when volume calls for batch processing.
Webhooks and events
React the moment something happens, instead of syncing once an hour.
Closed or legacy systems
When there is no door, we build one: a middle layer, scheduled exports, or read-only database access.

Before you get in touch.
Do you only work on your own platform?
No. Much of this work happens on systems the client already has and will keep. The DigitosAI platform is an option, not a condition.
How long does an integration take?
A simple one-way link is measured in weeks. A two-way sync between two systems with business rules in between is measured in months. We tell you which one yours is after the survey — not before.
What does it cost?
It depends on scope, and scope is only knowable after looking. The initial survey is quoted separately and the output is yours, even if you decide not to go ahead with us.
What happens after delivery?
An optional maintenance contract: monitoring, fixes and evolution. An integration nobody watches is an integration that one day stops running without anyone noticing.
