About the Gym module.

Do members get a login of their own?

Yes. Members log in with a personal account, see their active plan, book classes, check their nutrition plan and progress — never seeing anyone else’s data.

Does it support more than one location?

Yes. The "Locations" section runs several facilities in parallel, with members able to access one or several.

Is billing automatic?

Yes. Each contract generates the monthly invoice automatically. Overdue items surface in the management view. Renewals fire with configurable prior notice.

Do trainers and nutritionists get their own view?

Yes. Trainers see only their assigned members. Nutritionists have their own section with members and meal plans. Each role sees only what it needs.

How are at-risk members flagged before they cancel?

We combine attendance (visits over the last 4 weeks) with payment status. Members whose attendance dropped or whose payments failed land on a dedicated tile.

Is there a native mobile app?

Today the interface is fully responsive — runs in any modern browser, on web and mobile, with no install. Native apps are on the roadmap.
